Exposition
Showhivatal has been a creative production studio since 2001. We operate in the space between idea and execution – filling it with content, visuals, energy, and meaning. Every project we undertake is tailor-made, crafted with an artisanal mindset and a passion for detail. We work with a flexible team: alongside our core staff, we collaborate with friends, partners, and subcontractors who are the best fit for the specific task at hand. Some have been with us for twenty-five years, others for just a few months – but we take full responsibility for the work of every single member.

Behind the Scenes – From "Salt Office" to Show-office
The term 'sóhivatal' (Salt Office) originally referred to 18th and 19th-century state institutions that regulated salt trade – essential, yet notoriously rigid and cumbersome bureaucracies. Over time, the word became a synonym for slow, soul-crushing red tape, where ideas get stuck and enthusiasm goes to die.
The name Showhivatal is a playful jab at this stereotype. We don’t let ideas wither; we give them a voice, bring them to life, and put them on stage. The name is a fusion of the bureaucratic 'office' and the dynamic 'show': we don’t just process files; we champion causes.
Behind the Scenes - The Show-officials

Zsolt Falaky
Founder and owner of Showhivatal Production. As a creative producer, he specializes in educational TV series, corporate films, and science communication, while also managing and executing high-level business events. He is the bridge between the concept and the result – harmonizing creative vision, people, technology, and deadlines. Coming from the world of music, Zsolt previously managed several top-tier artists. However, it was during his years as an active musician that he learned a fundamental truth: the magic lies not just in the notes themselves, but in the attentiveness with which musicians tune into one another. It is this shared creation and the understanding of subtle, fleeting vibrations that create the cathartic moment when individual parts dissolve into a single, living harmony. This realization became his guiding principle: no matter the project or the team, he always strives to find that same perfect resonance.
Réka Hain
A long-standing creative partner of Showhivatal Production, Réka is primarily a colorist, yet an equally sensitive and decisive film editor. Her signature style is woven into numerous shared projects, from television series and documentaries to mood films and music videos. She has an intuitive sense for the rhythm, tension, and atmosphere of images – she doesn’t just "beautify" in post-production; he builds meaning. Her dynamism and drive are rooted in music: as a bass guitarist who has played in several bands, she approaches editing and color grading with a musical mindset. She knows exactly when to shift to a tighter tempo, when to let an image breathe, and when that moment arrives where the visual material finally "speaks." Constantly seeking the new, she learns, explores, and experiments, backed by confident technical expertise and sophisticated taste. She is an essential, equal creative partner in the team – a professional who doesn't just execute a brief, but elevates the creative concept.

Attila Tóth
Graphic designer and visual artist for the company. His journey began in music: starting as a drummer, he evolved into a music producer, film composer, and a creator-performer of sensitive, deeply personal albums. He has been crafting visual content for nearly thirty years, with a portfolio ranging from publication and periodical design to brand identities, visual concepts for websites, cultural materials, and billboards. Alongside his creative mindset, he possesses profound technical expertise: he knows exactly what it takes to prepare materials for print, web interfaces, or social media formats. He has been there for the press checks and proofing of the past, yet remains forward-looking – confidently utilizing AI-driven creative tools, editing, and bringing previously static images to life through motion. Attila still thinks like a musician: he knows that the visual "foundation" creates the solid rhythm and space upon which verbal communication is built – without it, everything would just drift in the air.
